Dad has been there for 5 months now and the med room has lost a medication and twice not called me to refill scripts and ran out of them. Dad also has told me that 2nd shift is like fun and games there . I will be looking to find another place for him

I would highly recommend that you stay FAR away from this place if you want a job or if you wish to register your elderly into a nursing home. The employees were rude, the residents were neglected a lot, and the boss I had was immensely disrespectful. If I might add, some of the CNAs were completely careless. Letting residents fall or sit in the dining room for way too long, only for dietary aid or housekeeping to do the work for them. Horrible experience working there. Do NOT bring your grandparents here and do NOT work here.

My mom stayed two weeks for respite care. The facility smells like cat urine. It is only fully staffed on weekdays, and turns into a ghost town on the weekend. Dinner one night was two dry slices of white bread, a slice of processed cheese and two slices of bologna. My mom was not cleaned properly. Her teeth, face and hands were covered with food from the previous meal. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for care for a loved one.

Honestly. All I have to say is don't bring your loved ones here. Don't get me wrong, some of the nurses do their job like they are supposed to. But others are just care free. They don't watch the residents like they are supposed to, to me it seems they don't care at all, and only care about getting paid. If you care about your loved one, please don't bring them here, trust me. There is other places better than this one. Not all the nurses seem to take their job seriously. But there is very good nurses who do what they should and take care of the residents how they should be. Another thing is when they had a mother's day party. They told the residents to conserve their toilet paper just so they could buy wine for the party, nobody who lives there should even be told they have to conserve their toilet paper. It's messed up.
