If you like noise this is the place for you the train pass by at least 4 times for one shift and enjoys blasting the horn knowing that will bother you,, elevator is out of order on a daily basis, good luck if you have a high floor, fees that they won't tell you till you find out later hot water bill on top of you Heating bill, which by the way won't work half the time, my guess is they have control on it . There is no parking on the streets and if you want to park on the premises you have to pay top dollar, I can keep going but I think you have the idea. move in on your own risk,, and I almost forgot the alarm for the fire department goes off at least once a day which is annoying
