Beautiful building and fancy decor that can easily blind the public from the harsh truth. I would not recommend my family members to live here ever. Ice cold food sent up by trays like an institution, and they can be outright just mean to the residents. There was also recently a med technician stealing pain medication from a resident on the 4th floor and there was a big investigation. I feel sorry for these residents. Please do better by our seniors they deserve so more than this.........
