My Grandfather got there on a Thursday and was sent home Monday. They said he was able to independent transfer, but if I hadn't been there my grandmother would have never been able to get my grandfather out of the car. I doubt he received therapy. A couple days later my grandmother recieved a call from powerback asking for his social and insurance information, and called him a her. You'd think they'd have gotten that information when he was admitted. And if they had actually done anything with him they'd know he is a male. I'd give the place zero stars if I could. Don't send your loved ones there!

Nursing has met all of my expectations as far as medication, sometimes with medication however, there was times that it lapsed. The coverage is prompt and good, when youre in pain and need medication they will give medicine to you. Everyone smiles and is nice, which makes me feel good. The therapy was good, they encouraged me, and the exercises were repetitive so that I can keep doing them when I go home. The food has been good, there has been a few occasions where I felt the food wasnt good, but Ive always been able to find something that I liked on the menu., Ive never gone to bed hungry, I was provided with snacks also when I didnt feel like eating. Overall, there are a lot of things I like about this facility.

My stay at Powerback Rehabilitation Facility really helped me to get back to my normal life style again! After not being able to put any weight on my left knee I was again able to walk using a walker within just two weeks of therapy! Thanks to the wonderful staff of therapists at Powerback!
