I was recently hired nearly a month ago. Ive spent more than 27 years in senior living care and can absolutely attest, from my previous experiences, to a novel sense of overwhelming belonging from my very first onboarding experience at Brandywine up to and including the present .The staff is first rate in their dedication and friendliness; the management takes a sense of pride in knowing and interacting with staff; and the whole communitys attitude seems to be dedicated to the betterment of each other. Experience has taught me how much to appreciate a place like Brandywine. It is solid gold. Love it!

The team at Brandywine Living at Upper Providence has been so kind and helpful with moving my aunt in. She was resistant to a move but Amanda and Mildred made her feel comfortable and cared for, now she loves it! Our Whole family is happy with Brandywine.

I am was previously employed at UpperProvidence but resigned 1 month ago still did not receive my last pay check yet.Paula don't like me and try to hold on to my paycheck as much as possible Paula is very good on bills but terrible on HR position no employee wants to talk to her about any problems at work. I don't think HR position is for Paula..Paula never spent 5 minutes to listen to employee always cuts short . Every year Management team went out for Christmas dinner and also every time they will invite previous Manager Mark Lani and Stewart and others come join them for dinner they should use the money they pay for previous Manager to buy more gifts for employees. Darren always spent time at his desk take care of his personal problems his family called all day lond Darren doesn't like to talk to residents because he doesn't want to do any work for them. Employee come to work in this building not last long because Management team.

Brandywine Senior Living at Upper Providence has been home for my Parents and Aunt since its opening. The facility is excellent and the Staff and Management are most caring and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to thosewho are looking for the future care of their family and loved ones.

The staff are really nice and helpful , but Mildred Stevens the supervisor, she is very disrespectful she doesnt do her job well, she avoids all family members that try to talk to her about family , I was recently in there with my mother , and I needed to talk to her she avoided me but made eye contact with me , she treats her staff horribly , she uses them to take shifts and they work all day and night but she is still disrespectful to them after she gets what she wants . She is a horrible person , when staff are short she doesnt even help out she sits and hides in her office. But always tells everyone that our parents the residents come first , but she puts them last all the time , I would not recommend this place .
