As others have noted, you can plan to lose a substantial chunk of your security deposit, but if you go into the lease accepting that, it's not a big deal. Nice staff. Reasonably clean building for the price.

Great experience for the past year I have lived here. Location is great and staff is very helpful. Maintenance is amazing. Only unfortunate thing is the utilities are pooled by the use of all the tenants so you have no control over your utility costs.

Moving in experience was great. Building is really nice but the hallways are in dire need of renovation. Like dire dire. Also I cannot speak to a years worth of living or moving out experience.
