Londonderry Village

If there's one thing I don't like, it's being scolded on the phone about a job interview only to be told that if I'm not willing to go down on wage that I might as well not even try to get the job at all. I don't appreciate the disrespect from anyone.

I called a few times and left messages with Jennifer as well as opened my heart up about my father. It takes time to fill out paperwork for admissions. Caring for an elderly parent and loved ones is an emotional stress and in a sensitive time where I was hoping for a resolution or at least a conversation, I would have appreciated a return phone call over an email stating that b/c my father was out of state they would not accept him. According to Londonderrys mission on their website of providing supportive services in an attitude of love and servanthood and values of, cooperation, communication and respect, I wanted to let the community know that none of those were met with me. I sincerely hope this changes in the future for the betterment of current residents and the Londonderry community and especially for those potential new residents inquiring about a place for their loved one that they can call home.
