Where do I start... All of the girls that work here are unbelievably the best. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my aunt to spend her last week with us. They took real good care of her as if it was a member of there own family. Very happy with everything they did.

My brother passed away in April 2019. He received hospice care at home for a few days before he passed. My sister in-law called me in tears today because in the mail was a letter from Chandler Hall asking for a donation for their employee Christmas fund. This is a women who just lose her husband and 1/2 her income. I find this solicitation inappropriate and insensitive. The family was very appreciative of the care my brother received but I would suggest you wait at least a year before asking family for donations.

My Grandmother Is A Patient Here ( Hicks Residense ) , She Accidently Pooped On Herself , I Rang The Emergency Bell From Her Bed , Very Unprofessional All Thr Nurses Are In The Hallway Talking , I asked Politly If Someone Would Come Clean My grandmother Up , I Was Told To Wait A Minute As She Checked On another Patient , As She Left That Patient Room She Told Me Again To WAIT ! After That Everyone Vanished , The Older Women Made The Youngest Woman Come Attend Her .( The Bell Rang For 20 Mins) By the way On A Good Note: SHARDAE WAS GREAT ! She Gave Her A Bath Instead Of Just Wiping Her Down . Keep An eye On Your Loved Ones !! Also Christine ( The Manager ) Is On Vaction So Maybe Thats why Everyone Being lazy ???
