After a hospital stay my mother was placed here to receive physical therapy, unfortunately she never received it. She was placed in a room with one television (which her roommate was in control of the remote) no plugs. So while visiting we had to charge her phone on an outlet across the room. While changing her bed sheets the staff lost her hearing aids. My mother was hospitalized during her hospital stay we were told she had two stage 4 bed sores. Nurses at the home never once told us which we all came daily and/or called. A few short weeks she fell ill and we received a very harsh phone calling saying your mother is dying. Not a I'm sorry. Just a horrible place!!!!

Upright people to deal with. My father passed unexpectedly while there and the staff was very courteous and helpful. He left little to pay the bill with but we managed to give them the lions share. Three months later We received a refund check in the mail, and it couldnt have come at a better time! Honesty holds a great deal of weight with us, so we feel obligated to leave a good review. It is difficult to find honest folks to deal with in this day and age.

My mother was here and the care was excellent! Caring nurses and aides, lots of activities, good food. Rehab did a good job because my 92 year old mother got better and went home!
