This isnt the place to send your loved one if you want them to stay bruise free and get proper daily care. The staff work very hard with what they have. The management only care about money. The CEO and scheduler refuse to even allow the residents to touch their hands to shake them. Often has bugs, bed bugs most recent. Blood and urine stained carpets. They accept new residents without proper equipment and proper staff. The food is very often expired and appears moldy or expired and the chicken expired smells like fish. The residents are great people and deserve a place that cares and shows the Christian values they express. This facility is Christian only in name, the practices are ungodly and shameful.

This is a clean home with great residents. The environmental staff and the aides work hard and do there best with what little staff they have to work with. However the staffing ratios are unsafe for the level of care a lot of these residents need. Most the time there is only 2 aides per 60 some residents. Which makes managing things like toileting, nail care, and oral hygiene impossible. The food is also very bad to the point their own staff wouldn't even consider touching it for fear of getting sick. The residents get served very outdated food and almost rotten produce on a daily basis that is obtained though the pa food bank. If an inspector came unannounced and went straight to the kitchen before the staff got a chance to throw out all the old and outdated food in the back dumpster, they would be appalled. I would not want my loved one here. This could be a great place if it was managed better.
