Bad company to work for. The best worker gets accused of stealing. I know she never would do that. And thats all that matters. Owner talks behind your back to other workers. If you want and need a job come work at Karns, everyones polite there :)

I could not say enough nice things about Frey Village, the care that my mother received was far beyond anything that myself and family expected. The nursing staff there was great, very compassionate, and can tell they are lead by an excellent DON who really cares for the residents, under there care. The therapy team was fabulous as well, they were on point and very encouraging. Facility was clean, the food was okay, but they do the best they can to please everyone. Would recommend to anyone looking for a facility.

The Director of nursing is horrible. Her name is Andrea (Updegraff) Ott. She acts like she cares for the residents and staff. When visiting my loved one I witnessed her talking down to her nurse on the floor and the nurse walked away crying. Really???? How does someone like her have a job??? I was at the nurses station and asked for help with my loved one. She acted like I was problem asking for help. Thank goodness the nurses and aide down Jefferson hall are so sweet or I would take my mom out of there n

Even tho our concerns about my mother in law were supposedly handled, I still am not happy with her treatment, by some of the staff. Care there was not to like it should have been. She was there to get the help needed to be great on her own and not to add depression to it!!!
