I called to talk to a friend and they told me they didn't know him and when I ask them to look in the computer for him she said I was rude and hung up on me. I wouldn't send my dog there. I hope my friend can leave in a day or to. He could be taken care of better at home. This place is a disgrace. I feel for the people who have no one to speak for them. So sad that in this day and age are sick and elderly are abused in facilities like this one.

As a former Housekeeping and Activities Aide, I can tell you firsthand that this facility is in desperate need of a new Adminstrator. The current Administrator has no idea what she's doing! She's made an already bad situation, worse. She's super disrespectful, and she's a liar. Several times, she has lied to make things look good, when in reality, they aren't. Residents complain about the lack of funding for a proper Activities department, and it is not the Activities Director's fault! It's a sad situation, really. Overall morale sucks! Get a new Administrator before the place goes completely under! The Administrator doesn't care about the residents...she only cares about herself!

In my opinion the administrator is very unreasonable!!! Theyre really lacking activities I feel!!! I feel if they could get a caring administrator the place could turn around!!! It always seems to me there isnt enough help there!!!

Nursing, dietary, housekeeping/laundry, and activity departments are all amazing! Most department heads and the administration is a joke.
