What wonderful staff and administration. They listen and care. The only staff I know of that left needed to go!

I didnt work for Willows but for outside company the hospitality here is horrible Staff will look you right in your face dont speak no welcoming feeling. I had more residents being kind and talking with. And Im not just talking about housekeeping, aides, Im talking about upper Staff!!! To say the least. It doesnt take anything to speak to someone and be kind. I also see why there is a help wanted sign outside!!

Do not let your loved ones stay at the Willows assisted living facility. My mother was there and I regret the decision. The problems are numerous - staffing is constantly changing, especially with aides. They are always understaffed, especially on weekends, which they use as an excuse for inadequate care; housekeeping is a joke - rooms are supposed to be thoroughly cleaned weekly and it doesnt happen. I spent hours on weekends sweeping and cleaning my mothers room. The bathroom floor was never scrubbed except when I did it; the food is terrible. For the money they charge, it is unconscionable to provide such poor quality food, care, and housekeeping. There are a few employees that care and do their best, but overall, I wouldnt recommend this facility to anyone.
