Really the worst. Had a very good experience previously- maybe had too high level of expectation. Within less than six weeks loved one was overmedicated then turned out to two emergency rooms. Diagnosis was undiagnosed UTI - that was used to send loved one to Behavioral Hospital. Family private pay to hold room while LA had no intentions to take loved one back. Numerous messages about hearing aids etc that were never transferred or accounted for were not returned. Family was left hanging and left to figure it out on their own but be assured LA got their money and made sure they had no liability / accountability. Horrible experience.
