Oak Leaf Manor North

I am a new employee to Oak Leaf Manor North and I have honestly never been more happy with a place of employment. From my interview process to my first day of employment everyone I spoke with was so professional and welcoming. I have never felt so at home with an employer before. All of the staff goes above and beyond for our residents and is genuinely caring. I am more than beyond happy and honored to say I am an employee at Oak Leaf Manor.

My mother lived in Friendship Place, which is a secured living space at Oak Leaf for residents with dementia. She had been staying in my house, but after hip surgery, I knew my family could no longer provide appropriate care. For the 13 months she was at Oak Leaf until her passing last August, she received excellent care. I felt as though every staff person there truly loved and understood my mother, and they were eager to learn her life story. When I brought in pictures to share with my mom, staff were interested in seeing them, and the photos were often shared with other residents. My mom's needs were always taken care of, and staff members were prompt to inform me about any concerns. I also enjoyed special events such as the Mother's Day brunch, Veteran's Day recognition ceremony, and the old fashioned fair. I miss my visits there, as I felt on some level that other residents and staff were part of my extended family. I definitely recommend Oak Leaf Manor for dementia care and personal care living situations.

Ive been very pleased with the time spent at Oak Leaf Manor North. The staff is professional, friendly and the food tastes great. Jason in the kitchen is a champ! Thank you to all at Oak Leaf. You are part of what makes Lancaster a great place to live.

Oak Leaf Manor has such a warm home-like feeling the second you walk in the door. As a referral source I always appreciate the prompt communication I have with the staff regarding our mutual residents/patients. My patients are always well taken care of and are truly provided with quality care. I would recommend Oak Leaf to anyone looking for a personal care home for their loved one.

Very nice at Oak Leaf NORTH very clean family friendly. My mother is 85 years old and loves it there she made the right choice. Keep me up to date on her health which I appreciate very much good staff.
