Beautiful trails. Amazing wildlife. Listening to the birds was like a symphony. Watch your step! Orange salamanders everywhere! The kids will do this every day!

Sanctuary is an understatement this place is simply a little slice of heaven on Earth with incredible knowledge at your fingertips. If you've got kids I highly recommend visiting for the day. They have a unique kids play area next to the main center. I spent 4hrs exploring & only seen a small portion!

The scenery is wonderful. Right in the heart of the woods. Beautiful walking paths and house so interesting. Serene and lovely.

Not only is Lacawac beautiful but the educational offerings are exceptional. We attended a well presented lecture on lake algae and made contact with area people responsible for testing. It was all very worthwhile.
