ManorCare Health Services-King of Prussia

My experience at Manor Care has been positive in every way. I was treated with great respect, and have been given the best of care. I have no complaints about any phase of my experience here. The therapists have given me confidence in meeting the goals set for me. The nurses and their aids were exceptional in their care. The food is great! The head nurse (Angela) went out of her way to make arrangements for me like X-rays and scheduling external visits with a orthopedic specialist to monitor my progress.

As a young resident my experience was wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive to the best of their ability. Theres days where it can be short staffed and I think that is where improvement can be made, but for those that are working on short staffed days, they do all they can to make sure their patients do not suffer. The facility is clean. The rooms are spacious. The beds could use some updating, but its nothing that would cause you not to be able to sleep. The food could be more appetizing but I know the facility is more for elderly patients so at least you are able to have outside food delivered if need be. There are routine check ins with administrative staff as well as medical so you never get the feeling of being thrown into a room and forgotten. They strive to make your experience a comfortable one. Round the clock visitation hours is a plus as well. It helps to alleviate home sickness. Id give the facility a 8 out of 10.

My husband's Aunt was there for Physical Therapy. She liked it.

I have been here on multiple occasions and my stays have always been enjoyable. The rooms are very clean. I like the food and the portions are good. In general the nursing staff is nice and helpful.

My aunt was here and just got discharged. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Stephan, Tammy, and Alfred were amazing! I got lost one day and Julie gave me a tour and walked me back to my room! I was so touched. Great jobs guy! I hope all the facilities are this wonderful - but would recommend King of Prussia to anyone ... and everyone.
