Do not send your loved ones here if you care at all about them. They put on a great front when they know you are there and they know you're coming.My father was here for 6 months until his passing. They claimed that my father was doing well and that everything was fine. (I lived about 2 hours away and relied on phone contact for any updates on his condition) when I made a visit unannounced everything changed. I was lied to about my father's condition and his care. His clothes were filthy and so was he. His health was so bad he couldn't even hold his head up or stand. We immediately removed him from the facility. The staff wanted to talk to me to 'smooth things over'. DO NOT place your loved ones here!!
