Very clean. Staff is keeping up with covid regulations. Beautiful well kept inside and out. Huge facility a little confusing to navigate at first. Well I still get lost finding my truck in the morning. It's a good thing I like walking. Anyway I'd definitely recommend.

Although the physical and occupational therapists are knowledgeable and try to do their jobs, the general patient care here is for the most part unacceptably bad. As previously said by others, the aides are horrible. Most have bad attitudes, are disrespectful to the patients, who are mostly elderly, and do as little as possible. The management does not address the problems when they are brought to their attention. The management personnel have an answer for everything and that answer is never to admit that there are severe deficiencies in the personnel and the care provided in this place. It was a living version of hell for my father and he preferred to go into hospice and die rather than go back to this place.

My Mother was there for rehab, on the second day they were going to give her Xarelto. Something the hospital took her off of the week before as it caused the kidney issue that put her in the hospital in the first place!! On the third day, after she only had 1 freaking day of physical therapy, the aides used a standing device even though I told them that she is not strong enough to use it. I heard her yelling in the bathroom and she was falling off the device and nearly fell onto the floor!!! Took her out the same afternoon. The aides at this place are the most ignorant, uncaring, unskilled ever!!!
