When my grandmothers jewelry came up missing a few weeks after an Indiana gazette article was published detailing other thefts, they were still unwilling to investigate. They also left her In a room with the thermostat locked with the heat way above 90 degrees in her room, and when asked I was told that maintainence would handle it Monday.... and that she should wear less clothing. This was a Friday. Ive also witnessed the director forcefully moving another woman with dementia to a seat because she was annoyed. High turnover of staff has been evident the past ten years as well. We finally had her moved because even though she had friends, she was always agitated. Now that shes been moved she is fine. If you love your family members dont ever even consider this place. Its not what you think it is.
