My uncle has been a resident at Beacon Ridge for a little over two years now. We are very pleased with the care that he receives. The staff is always polite and helpful, we have treatment plan meetings every quarter and any concerns that we have are always addressed quickly. He was in another care home for a while and they nearly killed him. I went to visit him one day and literally put him into my car and rushed him to the ER myself. Since being admitted to Beacon Ridge any problems he encounters are always handled quickly and we are always kept up to date on his condition. I would highly recommend Beacon Ridge.

this place is a JOKE!!! i work in an office & my one patient gets her transportation rides from here. her appt was at 10:30 am i came back from lunch at 1 pm AND SHE WAS STILL IN THE WAITING ROOM WAITING FOR HER RIDE. we had called beacon 3 TIMES to tell them to come pick her up. it is now 1:14 pm, she is still in the waiting room AND HAS ANOTHER APPT AT 1:30 that she will now be late for because she wasnt picked up. her husband has been sitting at beacon for 2 hours waiting for her to take her to her next apt and had no idea of what was going on or where his wife was. poor service and they clearly dont care ab their patients. I WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The rehab team does an excellent job with their patients. This nursing home is making changes in the right direction.

Placed my father there for three weeks respite. He was in declining health suffering from dementia, but he was still able to walk with the aid of a walker and feed himself though it took some effort on his part. After three weeks, he was brought home. Within 14 hours, he was in the hospital suffering from aspiration pneumonia, severe dehydration, a bad urinary tract infection, and had his top dentures almost cemented into his mouth. They were very difficult to remove and left a great deal of residue from the excess Poli-grip which took over 20 minutes to clean out. He could no longer walk or feed himself. He died two weeks later at the hospital from pneumonia. I know he was on the decline, but the speed at which it occurred was epic. Needless to say, I would not recommend Beacon Ridge.
