My mom has been living here for 4 years. The staff is very caring and helps her out a lot. She likes living here, however, the 3 star rating is for the price increases each year ( she got a $29 increase in income, and the rent for this year went up $100), manager staff is always changing (sad to see Preston leave as well as the last manager), and now they are limiting the food (even though there was a price increase). Every year when the rent increases, my mom really has a hard time trying to come up with the difference. She is almost at the point where she won't be able to make up the cost of the rate increase. I would hate to move her because she's almost 97 years old, but I may have to. :(
