They place is a joke. You pay a lot for nothing. Food sucks, Care sucks and they never pick up the phone. Its scary thinking about leaving my love one there. Dont do it. We are looking to leave asap

From the moment we walked in the door, Saucon Valley Manor felt more like a home than a facility.

After 3 days at this facility, my grandmother was found dead, on her hands and knees, with her head lodged between the bed frames bars. The photographs of this incident are beyond disturbing and clearly show that she suffered badly in her final moments of life. No person should die in the manner of which my grandmother did while being in an assisted care facility, its inhumane. Please take your loved ones to another establishment before they succumb to a similar fate like my dear grandmother.
