The Quadrangle

Do not send your family to this place dont get me wrong it looks like a nice facility but they dont take of the elderly like they should coming from a former employee the dishes are very nasty half of em dont look washed its very understaffed in this place to the point its overwhelming for the employees that work there half of the residents are very depressed in there just off the way they get treated the management is extremely bad Im glad I got out when I did PLEASE IF YOU CAN TRY TO GET A IN HOME NURSE BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE THOUSAND OF DOLLARS BEING PAID TO STAY IN THERE hopefully this place gets shuts down for neglect because there is a lot of it

i seen a post on here saying that this place is horrible THEY ARE CORRECT THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE to live and work beautiful facility yes but this place is just money hungry they dont care about the residents health they only care about filing up the rooms. let me start off with the employee side half of them act like they dont wanna work there including 'LEAD CARE MANAGERS' they sit there in a small storage watch live videos or talk on the phone the nurses are over worked i had residents on the floor for a at least an hour because they have to travel to another building. the upper management allowed an employee to get hit by a family member and did nothing about it so right there they dont care about their own staff safety which is why i left none of the staff actually like working there because they over work you for little pay.one of the coordinators that is there is a drunk all he cares about is clubbing you barely can speak to him because he is almost never there unless state is there. the staff get annoyed when residents ring to the point they will let it ring 3 or 4 times before getting to them. these residents spend alot of money to stay there and they can barely get towels and face rags whic is crazy. i hope i am helping someone who is trying to apply to this place or get a family member in here because this is a sad neglectful place and no i dont want to email you guys for more information because you guys are aware of the information i put in this post i worked for this sunrsie for 3 years so i know exactly what goes on in there

Very much appreciative to the staff at The Quadrangle. I work for a neighboring community but not one with skilled nursing. My aunt required rehab after brain surgery and we are very please with our experience. Compared to the SNF she was in previously, The Quadrangle was like a hotel. They all helped her transition from Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital to a respite stay at another Sunrise community before finally going home. Thrilled!

Have worked her for 10 years, best building at Sunrise, would move my mother here as well.
