Well they DNR me meaning do not return because I was sticking up for another agency girl. They are horrible and the car their residents get isnt the greatest. They keep people who dont do their jobs but dnr others who do, do their jobs.

Understaffed & very rude nurses. The best help is from agency. Actual staff can care less about the residents or its employees. Putting your loved ones here is worse than sending them to prison. Its beautiful looking place buts Salts also looks like sugar
