my initial review of this post office was much harsher especially aimed at the post master who is kind of a jerk. if i didn't love the USPS so much i wouldn't have edited my original review. but i was pissed off and wasn't being very descriptive. the post master is like too laid back and when asked a question does not appear to try very hard to give out information that may help you. that's my main grievance with this particular location. but i bumped up my rating after i had a heated conversation with the post master he called me back after i hung up on him. which i kinda respected and the fact that it was like i lit a tiny fire under his ass that made him feel compelled to call me back and argue with me further. ending again with harsh words. which i thought was actually kinda cool. regardless i had to figure out the answers to my own problem and resolve my issue myself and i feel like that's why places have employees is to help customers so i'm giving a 2 star instead of 1
