From day one, it has been excellent working for this company. This company is an amazing company to work for. Ive had so many wonderful experiences, the director is wonderful and works very hard to keep her staff happy and motivated.

I love living at a Monarch house! It's very comforting to know that I have great caregivers and a Region director who cares about me and my roommates. My caregivers or my director will help me with running errands and making sure my house is cleaned and we have good meals to eat. I love living here and I don't ever want to go anywhere else.

This company is the worst! They do nothing for there employees at all! I know a few people that worked there for years that has never gotten any type of raise at all. They have such a high turn over with people cause they dont offer there employees anything! I think that is bad on the clients with so many different people in and out! I would never in my life people any of my family in there homes! If they cant treat there employees good image the clients! Sorry to post this but its needs to be known! And also for the clients that has wrote on here most of them was written by some else cause they cant write text and some cant even talk! What a joke!

I have been a caregiver for Monarch Care Services for several years, I enjoy working with my 3 cleints on a personal basics daily. I first started out on 3p til 11p shift manageing clients cooking their dinners and meeting their personal emotional and physical needs, after a short time I became teamlead, now I enjoy my job more so then ever as I'm in charge of how the cottage is ran, And the care of my 3 clients. As a teamlead it is my responsibility to ensure that our cleints have the up most care, compassion and respect while living in a home base setting. My cleints have more 1 on 1 care then a nursing home can offers, thus leading to a more fulfilling life. Monarch Care Services is a good company to work for if you are willing to put forth the effort and do whatver is needed there is always room for advancement. :)
