Its far above what I expected as far as quality care and food. The staff and cnas are a very vital part of the quality care I received. They are the unsung heroes of this building. Everyone is kind and caring. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone they are the ultimate in healthcare in my eyes.

After a stroke, if not for Broad Mountain, I would not be not only up and around again but back to doing the things I love. I am so grateful for the help I received there. The staff is amazing, the facility is comfortable and they do all they can to help.

It's not perfect or amazing, but there doing the best they can with what they have. The staff is amazing and they care for each of the patients.

A really good place and lots of friendly faces/ my mom is looked after well here and both the staff and care are top notch. the nurses are so nice and one of the male nurses even pretends to flirt with her HAHA. my mom gets a kick out of that and I promise it's not inappropriate at all! Lots of good times
