I work paratransit and it was a saturday afternoon. I was bringing a patient in a wheelchair threw the front doors. The handicap doors didnt work so i was struggling to get the patient threw the door myself. The girl at the front desk probably 5 feet away just sat there and watched me struggle. She didnt even bother to get up to give me a hand and help hold the door. She just sat and watched. After about 2 minutes finally someone walking in to the building seen me having a hard time and helpled hold the door. Its sad to see how lazy people are these days and people like that shouldnt have a job at a facility like this one.

I worked at Cedarbrook nursing homes and their care is better than other places.But All places have their pros and cons.

My mother was there for a short time due to cancer. Her care was exceptional and I have highly recommended Cedarbrook FH ever since and will continue to do so.

My mother spent her last days at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill. The staff was very caring, making sure her needs were met. I only have seen the staff perform with care and respect to the residents and definetly my mom. Also, when I was visiting my mom, no question I asked was ever dismissed but answered to my satisfaction with respect.Marie Musser

My mother has been a resident for over 10 years at Cedarbrook FH. I have nothing but good things to say about the nurses and staff that have taken care of her for the entire time she has been there. I continue to recommend Cedarbrook FH to my friends and relatives as a place that would provide excellent care for their family members.
