I currently have a loved one at this facility and am outraged at the service we receive. The staffing is a huge issue along with the turnover in the building. Medication isn't given on time, and this is a huge issue with me. I personally feel that behind the scenes they are trying to cut costs by bringing in help at lower rates and they are getting what they pay for. I have recently heard someone has been injured there and it was due to a lack of supervision on the night shift. The fact that that has happened I will never recommend a single person to this facility and am currently seeking other options myself.

I visited this community and found it to be very clean and a friendly environment. The staff look happy to be there and everyone was friendly! The residents were engaged and truly were having fun. This community is the nicest in the area. Consider Symphony Manor for your family member.
