I have lived here for years. The office and maintenance staff have always been friendly and extremely helpful to me. Quiet location with a decent amount of green space. You get flowerbed space to use if you want and pool access. I would and have recommended it to friends.

Maintenance is great..the ladies in the office are super nice,and respond quickly if you need them.my neigjbors are great.I have been living there almost 2 years in the townhomes...very clean..wasnt super happy with the summer lawn care..as they left pot holes when it wasn't raining in my area..but snow removal..which is a different service was great this year!THanks summerdale staff! : )

The lady at the office is a tyrant, the house is older than time itself.The only good thing about this place is its cheap.
