We moved our Mom to PA about two years ago and Country Meadows has been a lifesaver! Great staff, and super concerned about my mother's well being. The memory care facility in Easton Forks is many many steps above the rest! Thank you so much!

My Father has lived at Country Meadows Connections for three years. It's a cheerful, clean and spacious facility. Lots of activities and entertainment . Everyone that works there is great; they are all helpful, caring and compassionate.

We come here every year for some time around Christmas time for the annual holiday piano recital. The place is clean. There is a happy hour daily. The residents seem happy and are well cared for. I hope my son would put me in here when I get up in ages. May be if he still loves his dad, he would pick a room with a window so I can look out and see the world goes by.

We moved our mother into Country Meadows in September. I live less than two miles away and visit almost daily. Every day that I have been there, the staff has been absolutely WONDERFUL! I am amazed that they all know my mother's name. Their interactions with my mother and the other residents makes me feel my mother is in caring, safe, and secure hands and give my sisters and me peace of mind.Country Meadows is clean and bright. The grounds are the epitome of their name: Country Meadows. The food, especially the soups, are very good. From everything I see, attention to the residents is their primary concern. I am very happy that my sisters and I chose Country Meadows for our mother's new home.

Beautiful facility! My Mom was in the memory unit. She was alone a lot. Staff turnover very frequently. Once she became 'too much' they kicked her out, while other patients were receiving as much care and even more. Was disappointed to move her as was she. She's passed away now but if you want to have a loved one in a facility and not have to move then, chose another facility.
