This seems like a very well run facility, at least the dementia unit where I visited a relative on her 101st birthday. The staff knew she would have many guests on her special day so they had her dressed very well and her hair coiffed nicely. the unit was crawling with staff that early afternoon hence all residents seemed to be well cared for.

Under staffed to the point of employees ignoring residents in an effort to complete care. Very poor management. Would not recommend for any loved one. Certainly a place to avoid.
