Originally we had some issues but when we brought them to Tina, the head nurses attention, she was very attentive and made sure our concerns where addressed. It is nice when you have someone in your corner.

I just wish my mother could have her own blankets but people keep taking them someone has to know where they are going 4 blankets gone and no one knows where they went and her new shoes gone so i had to take the lost so i wont be taking no more blankets in this place.i just hope they take good care of her because am not sure of this place yet still trying to figure this place out.God bless them all.

I have been a rehab resident for a month, and am extremely impressed with this facility. From the beautiful decor, cleanliness, activities, to the knowledgeable and caring nursing staff and aid staff. I am extremely impressed with the OT/PT team. The progress that I have made in the time that I have worked with this team is simply amazing. I was transferred to Caring Heights from a well-known hospital rehab facility, and the OT/PT team at Caring Heights is far superior. Each and every team member is very knowledgeable and is dedicated to wanting the patient to succeed. I am very happy with this facility and the entire staff
