Very upsetting as I was with my grandma on fig street visiting and was very upset on how the workers were talking to one another ver disrespectful not just to their coworkers but if the other patients heard them . Was not clean at all there was nothing going on for the elders I was told there was an activity aid but when I tried to talk to her she acted very nasty towards me, I believe the name the girl told me was Rae. Dont understand how rude she was to me I can only imagine how she is with the patients one elder was trying to talk to her and she walked right away did not even respond to them never again will I recommend this place

I was there not to long ago visiting family, a activity care partner was being rough with an elder. I reported it to the state. Very rough with the elder, I was on the dementia wing and absolutely shocked at how the activity care partner treated the elder. I dont understand how she has a job still.. very rude when talking to other employees, she was talking bad about an employee, which is sad. I fear coming to this place again to see her still there.
