I work with the company and am blessed everyday to be a part of a team such like ours. I have worked several jobs throughout my life but working with Home Instead has been a godsend. I truly love what I do and respect how commitmented Home Instead is to making each and every caregiver & client, comfortable ,safe, and satisfied each day. They take time to listen and they deliver. They don't take any short cuts when it comes to safty and that speaks volumes. To any negitive reviews I would say no one's perfect there is alot of coordinating long hours and team work to make any company thrive and they do that but I've never had an issue that they didn't help me solve. So as long as everyone is on the same page and are communicating that takes care of that. Home instead is by far the best choice to go with if your thinking of care for your loved one. I personally wouldn't trust any other. Or if your looking for employment and are a compassionate caring individual I can gaurentee you wouldn't be disappointed. Thank you Home Instead for being so AWESOME!!!!!

I LOVE dealing with Home Instead AND the office personnel. As a waiver client I require 20hrs daily for my care. However, I have been forced to deal with a second company to fill the 56 hours my Home Instead cannot. (due to a shortage of caregivers.) I feel bad for the ladies who loyally take on 2 and 3 shifts in a day to help H.I. out and wind up not even getting a 2 day break in the week just to be here. How draining this must be on them. I have had to be without any caregiver on several occasions. And try to understand which I too am trying to help out where I can. But I do need someone with me . I wish an incentive could be offered to keep our current women and encourage new ones to join the team. Thank you.

I have been with them for three years and I love the company and the caregivers that I have had. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

As a semi-retired licensed nurse, thought I would be an asset to this company. Boy was I wrong, they were only concerned with how little they could pay me, and how far I would travel. For nine dollars an hour, I can't afford to travel far, but wanting to take my nursing experience to help someone in my community was not an option with home instead. As a nurse, ask your clergy and friends for help, this agency cares about nothing else, except the bottom line.
