My review is solely on RN Natalie. What an amazing staff member and kind professional. She maintained safety during COVID assuring full precaution measures while being a pleasant, helpful resource. Not only did she display kindness in walking my legally blind Mother to her husbands room window, but also provided her a chair for her weak legs and found us a closer parking spot. Please assure you award her amazing bedside manor and hire more like her!!

Manor care wrote a letter saying they are going to pay to have my mother-in-laws teeth replaced and told my brother-in-law they are going pay to replace her hearing aid too Thank you very much ! Terry Helfrick

Very dirty nursing home. Staff are very rude.

Although the place itself needs more a more cheerful decor and interior, the administration and staff are very caring and willing to address any client or family concerns seriously. This I believe is a non-profit nursing home? Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Like all nursing homes, need to have more staff per day to ensure quality care. Those they do have are very caring.
