NewSeasons at New Britain

I just want to share what a great community New Seasons at New Britain is. The care they give to my mother-in-law is truly 5 stars. They are very attentive and go out of their way to accommodate her needs. The provide great activities each day to keep her busy. She is always saying how much she loves living there. Every time my wife and I go visit it is very clean and the front desk girls are so pleasant. We are glad that we chose New Seasons for mom, I would highly recommend.

Horrific service - not attentive - forgot meals -no utensils. never bathed or shaved father. Wouldnt wash urinal took 2 hours to get assistance. Totally appalled at the service .. although when ever I called to speak to someone I would get told it was going to be looked into yet nothing was done to correct the problem . I would never recommend

My mom has been at New Seasons for over a year now. She is very happy there! She has met new friends, and she participates in the activities. They have family special events for all holidays and occasions. The staff is very attentive. The biggest plus, is she is able to keep her bird with her, which was extremely important! There is also a caf with coffee and flavored waters avail all day. It's close to where I work, so very convenient for me to stop up and see her a few times a week. I would highly recommend them!

After doing many hours of on-line research, speaking to a number of assisted living facilities locally, as well visiting two other facilities, my family decided to go with New Seasons at New Britain. We could not be more happy with our choice. From day one everyone involved went out of their way to help with my mom's transition. She's been living there for almost two months now and she is still adjusting to her new life, but every person we've asked a question of or needed some sort of assistance from in getting her settled has either gotten an answer for us immediately or remembered without reminder from us to find an answer to our question. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The food is very good. Everyone who works there at all levels appears to be happy in their jobs, they are all very friendly and engaging towards the residents and me as a visitor. The ladies my mom sits with at meals, as well as others I've met and talked with, are also happy and friendly and welcoming. I'm not saying my mother wouldn't rather be in her own home, but it's just not possible anymore, and so here she has very good care from very nice people. We're very happy with our decision to move her to New Seasons.
