Beautiful facility, but managment is not good, especially from the top, they push for the on site managment to do aide work. What does that mean? That means that the maintenance man, the food service director, and team members from all departments are going to be toileting your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, etc. Showering them, passing and administering medications to them. Applying creams and ointments to private areas of your loved ones. Im not in any way saying anything bad happenes due to this, but I'd not be very happy if I found out the maintenance man was cleaning up my loved one or giving them a shower. I have a lot of negative things I could add about this company, which is Integracare, and they have different named facilitiesall around, but this one takes the cake. Good luck if you move your family in there. I did once, but wouldn't again. Also, they dont care for their staff nearly as much as they make it seem in their 3D focus and mission statement. They often fail their team members which is the major cause for the constant turnover you see.

I think that I can get back Home from this facility a lot quicker than being in Frey Village Nursing Home in Middletown Pennsylvania.

My mom has been happy here. She's been here for almost a year and a half. She has a beautiful view of the creek(we see deer and feed the ducks in nice weather), she has her cat with her which is so important, she never complains. She likes the food. The residents on the second floor seem to really get along well. And most importantly, the staff is kind to her, goes out of their way to help her when necessary, and generally takes good care of her. We try to treat the staff very well because they do so much for the residents. And they have a lot to deal with, mentally and physically, and a lot of patience!! The only drawback is that it's expensive. For my mom, it is room, board, three times a day meal reminders, and twice daily medication. They also provide lots of activities which my mom chooses not to attend unfortunately. I know those things, plus insurance, are expensive and we're lucky she can afford it. But not everyone can. Overall, highly recommend!

The staff at The Woods at Cedar Run provides excellent care for my wife. Everyone (including staff from other floors and the front office) is very friendly, they greet her by name and they make her feel at home.
