The Nugent Group - Shelbourne Personal Care Home facility located at 296 Dinnerbell Road, Butler, PA 16002. As of April 2019, my mother has been a resident at Shelbourne for more than three years, and overall we rate Shelboure as a five star facility. They have many caring employees. I would like to give special recognition to the Kitchen/meal preparation staff - headed by Bobbi Joe, the facility Director of Wellness Nurse - Sarah, along with the Administration Staff of Shala, Bob and Terri.Thank you all for everything you do to help my mother!

There are staff members who steal drugs from there. And when you turn it in the tell the workers who turned them in
