Bryn Mawr Terrace

It's a great place to stay and work very well managed the residents are marvelous and the staff is the best at what they do all around 5 STARS

First have to apologize for posting this so late. My mom was at Bryn Mawr Terrace after her reverse shoulder replacement March. She had a little set back from her surgery with walking but prior to this she had two major operations on her spinal column in Nov. She is 78 years old. EVERY Staff member from the time you are greeted at the front door receptionist to Nursing Staff, Housekeeping, Dietary, Physical and Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Managers were so friendly and helpful to my mom. As a Nurse who also was Director of Nursing, I don't make these comments lightly, I know I felt guilty having to have my mom go to the Rehab Center but she needed to and my mom was complimentary of every person she met. They were very attentive of her call bell and she couldn't use her arms and walk on her own. She loved the food it was perfect portion for her and if she didn't like the entree they were quick to get her something she liked. The interdisciplinary meetings were very informative and my mom felt part of the meeting. My mom was very pleased and had no complaints nor does her family. PT and OT rehabed her so quickly in the 2 weeks we were there. Thank you Bryn Mawr Terrace for taking care of our Mom, you are the best.
