Tremendous amount of love and warmth shown by the staff! It's a clean and nice facility! thank you all of our HEROES!!

Clean facility food is terrible. You cant get a cold drink or sandwich in between meals. Most of the staff friendly others not so much. Also if you ask for nurse be prepared to wait not to fast answering call bell. Also trying to get meds some nurses there act like your asking them for money. They have no transportation of their own say you have a Dr's appointment while you're there, they use transport serices where as passenger it is one bumpy ride. Administration needs to work out some kinks in the way the facility is ran. Joe S.

Update: 6/6/2020My husband has been in RWG(Rosewood Gardens) for almost a year now. They have been on quarantine since March 10th, 2020 for the Covid19 virus. He had covid19, pneumonia and a UTI all at the same time. The nurses(especially DONNAand Darrel) and aides(Carolyn and Alice in particular) have mostly gone out of their way to take care or him. He survived all of it and while he is still in quarantine, the social work staff there(special shout out to Kelly) have been great about doing Skype for us. It is very hard not to see your loved one, but with people like these it makes me VERY grateful for their care and support. Thank you doesn't seem like enough.I visited 14 rehab/snf before choosing this one. There have been some bumps in the road, but Donna and Carolyn on E wing are amazing examples of what this snf care should look like.Jay the new Administrator has been there 2 out of the 4 previous nights I have visited and he has the enthusiasm that someone in that position needs! The sub contractors are not always the best, but getting better!

First time I ever visited Rosewood Gardens....to see a friend who resides there. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, in addition to the spacious room she was staying in.
