I came in for a tour a couple of weeks ago for a family member who many need services in the future. The admissions director did an amazing job , I loved the professionalism. If placement is need I would definitely go with this place.

I am happy with everything that is being done for me. The nurses are great and the staff in general is willing to help with anything you need. I even see Administration multitasking to make sure the residents are ok. Food is good. Therapy is making me work hard to get back to where I was. I would recommend Broomall Manor to my friends and family.

I visited here with my friend to see a family member. When we walked in the front desk greeted us so nicely. While we were walking thru everyone asked if we needed help. I noticed how the staff interacacted with the patients. I told my friend that if I had to make a choice I would put my parent here.

Horrible!! Can't find words for that place! Its smeels so bad in there, its dirty and a mess! they dont have a nice place to go outside! Its like a Prison! Sometimes they dont leave the room the whole day and have to eat in there rooms because there isn't enough Staff around! That place is really bad... don't bring a love one in here ...

Excellent caring staff! The facility is clean and great care. Everyone from admissions to nursing, and the administration are wonderful, and genuinely care about the patients. My mother has been a patient at Broomall Manor on a few occasions and she's always received top notch care!
