Country Meadows Retirement Communities

My encounter at the nursing home has been unpleasant. The front receptionist there was extremely disrespectful. I would not recommend any one to send their elderly parents to this nursing home.

My sister and I had to move our parents due to health issues from an Independent Living situation into Country Meadows. My father suffered a stroke on December 18 and my Moms health had been declining and we had no choice due to circumstances. All I can say is it's so nice to know that they are in a place where they are treated like family. Country Meadows also accommodated us on a very short notice due to the circumstances and because of that my moms life was basically saved. Two days after they moved in they had appointments to see Dr. N Prabhu and she discovered through her examination that my mom was in Afib and sent her directly to the ER and she was kept in the hospital for 3 days. Afib was what caused my dads stroke so we consider ourselves so lucky and blessed that she was in the right place at the right time. John Moses the manager of their building is genuinely one of a kind in how he truly cares for the residents in his building and communicates so thoroughly with family members and you can rest assured if you need something he will get it done. Tracey Ronan is great and she helped us with all of their accommodations and to find the perfect place so that they could stay together and not be spilt apart, you could tell she truly cared about them and their situation. The nursing staff is so wonderful and caring, Donna and Jen to name a few have gone above and beyond. I can't thank Country Meadows enough for making this very difficult time easy for us! My father was a resident of country meadows for a little over a year, During that time he was loved on and cared for like no other place we encountered. No place is perfect, but on the real important things Country Meadows was always 'Spot On'. My father is now back at home with us.. This would not have been possible without the efforts and passion of the dear and professional staff at Country Meadows. We wholehearted recommend their unique faculty for your loved ones.
