My father (92) is very happy at Keystone! I didn't expect that he would last long there when we moved him in for a trial stay in December of 2018. He was always on the go at his home; but, he was lonely and didn't like making meals for himself. The staff made the difference. He loves the food (especially the desserts) and the activities (especially exercise classes and corn-hole); he enjoys the people (residents and staff); and, he spends a lot of his time walking the grounds and relaxing on the porch. We have been very happy with the care the staff has provided during the Covid-19 outbreak. They are an extremely dedicated staff and have taken great care of the residents during this difficult time. I expected my father to have a tough time during the quarantine. Instead he seems even more happy to be at Keystone. The staffs ability to keep the residents safe and at the same time happy is quite a feat! We appreciate their work and dedication!

I can't imagine my dad being anywhere else during this time of covid. He loves walking the property, the meals, his happy hour wine on Thurs, exercise on TV at 10 every morning, practicing cornhole and knowing people are around who truly care about him. What I really miss is not being able to visit. They do window visits, but my dad is so hard of hearing I think it would only frustrate him more to know we were there and not be able to take him off property or go to his room for a visit. The staff does set up skype calls and that has been a lot of fun. He can hear on those very well. With his hearing being so bad and not really understanding some of the things on the menu, Tosha has started sending me the menu choices on a Wed. or Thurs. I go over them with my dad and then I email his choices back to her. This has been really helpful and he Really loves his meals.Thank you to everyone at Keystone villa for all you do. I am so looking forward to being able to visit and for all the residents being able to get back to Keystone normal. (Exercise class, happy hour, entertainment, church services, eating in the dining room, field trips, grocery shopping, bingo, movie nights, cornhole tournaments) and much, much more.

You may have read my other reviews about Keystone Villa at Fleetwood, my fathers retirement home for the past six months. My family experienced yet again something new that makes Keystone Villa feel as though we were home.My grandson had his fourth birthday this month. I asked if we could use a private dining room for a birthday party. There is a private dining room only two doors down from my fathers apartment. Again the answer to my request was yes and it was reserved for me.My plan was to have pizza and birthday cake in the dining room and then go to my dads apartment to open presents. I decorated the dining room and the apartment. My little 4-year-old grandson was very happy when he saw the dining room with balloons floating across the ceiling and the table decorated for a birthday party. We had pizza and a birthday cake. We all sang Happy Birthday and he blew out his candles. We then went back to the apartment to open presents and there was room for the children to play.I am writing this because when my little grandchildren grow up, they will only remember Grandpas apartment at Keystone Villa as his home. We all feel at home when we are here. I still give Keystone Villa at Fleetwood five stars...

The facilities are beautiful but what makes Keystone so wonderful is the staff. Kaitlyn leads a wonderful care team and is often found working along side her staff to make Keystone a wonderful place to live.

I stopped in here to vote. That's it so I can only rate on appearance. It looks very nice inside and it looked as everyone living there was happy and taken care of. One thing I know for certain is, it's definitely in a great and safe area.Other than that I can't say much else.
