I have worked with Traditions of Hanover since the time that they opened. Their management and staff have been consistently excellent through the years, which is saying a lot in today's world. I also had the recent opportunity to speak with a handful of residents, and they all rave about living there. If you are considering a move then you should visit Traditions. The staff is very friendly and the community has a great vibe of wonderful people and activities.

The marketing department is very good at what they do. After that,it's every man for himself. The food is ok, nothing great, similar to a high school cafeteria. The cleaning staff blocks the hallways and talks about residents as well as their own personal problems. Cathy the director is a flat out liar, she insists that residents are 'family'. Well, unless she is from an extremely dysfunctional family, this is a lie. The dining room staff is very nice but that was the only positive aspect of the place. Look further if you are looking for a safe, secure place. They also do not offer the services they advertise. There is no lab that comes to the premises. Exercise group consists of a woman telling stories about her personal life in between a few feeble exercises. AGAIN, LOOK FURTHER.
