I worked for this company and they were always short staffed and never allowed security staff a break even on 12 hour shifts. Management was catty and petty and passive aggressive. self centered they care more about the face they present to the world., than the people.

Placed my mom there in Sept 2018, had meeting with management in the first two weeks, due to hygiene, medication and general care issues. I went daily, just to check on her. I had to get the Dept of Aging ombudsman involved and entered a complaint regarding a fall and many other issues. Removed my Mom at the end of Oct 2018. Management is horrendous and I would NEVER recommend this facility.
