Our Loved one is Being poorly treated!! Wait for help to use bathroom is unacceptably LONG Being made to WAIT for Pain MEDS. EXCUSE/ We are in middle of meal Time VERY POORLY UNDERSTAFFED!! Iwould NEVER TAKE another loved one there!!

My Mom moved to an apartment in Shannondell in 2004. Two years ago,at the age of 100,she moved into personal care in the Meadows.We had a rough start,as she missed her cat,but,she has,and continues to,enjoy every day. She has bonded well with the staff and other residents. She has never complained about anything. She goes to all of the activities and enjoys it all. We visit weekly and she slots us an hour before she has an activity she wants to attend!! She considers the staff,and the many friends she has there,her family. She will be 102 in September.She is happy and well taken care of.This is whats important.

Its truly unfortunate how the administrators treat the employees.

Spent time in rehab because I needed IV medicine. Nursing staff took great care of me. Therapy was outstanding. I was surprised how good the food was. Hope to never need to return because I stay well but if I do, I know I'm going here again.
