Above And Beyond Senior Living (Mt. View)

My Aunt has lived at Above and Beyond, Mt. View, a little over 2 years now. Living there has been a wonderful experience for her. Three meals a day that the caring staff ensures residents do not miss; activities every day for their enjoyment; optional spiritual services each morning; weekly/bi-weekly excursions to go out to lunch, go shopping, to the movies, etc. There is a large courtyard in the center of the facility that my aunt loves to spend time in. The owners are on site and know each resident by name. There nurses on staff and they have doctors that make weekly visits. When my aunt was living at home by herself, she was losing weight and slightly lethargic. Moving to A&B when she was 90 has made a world of difference. Very soon after moving there she was back to a reasonable weight and active. The calendar of events at A&B is full, starting right after breakfast and going all day. They play bingo, have horse races, listen to music, exercise, have snacks and have people come in to entertain them. Socialization with her peers has proved to be so very important to her well-being and she is thriving! I truly believe that her life has been extended because of Above and Beyond.

Need more staff. Not able to keep up with the needs.

Need to pay the employees more money .That's why there under staffed .
