I recently visited Tanner Springs, visited with residents and staff. I loved the main lobby overlooking the dining room. Very spacious and welcoming. The activity calendar is packed and overall residents seemed very happy. Staff was hard at work serving what smelled and looked like a very delicious lunch. I highly recommend Tanner Springs to anyone looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care in the West Linn area. At least stop in for a tour, they are very friendly!
